I'm a mentor for some FIRST Lego league teams in Grand Prairie Texas. The Powellamaniacs are composed of several teams
in the Grand Prairie ISD from Powell Elementry School.
I started as a mentor for FIRST Robotics Challenge (FRC) team 704, SGP Robotics, the
big robots. Since I already play with...I mean work on...Lego Mindstorms NXT robots at home I thought I could help out on
the Powellamaniacs FLL team. It just means I get to play with more robots.
Also, I've found working around kids, with all their imagination, enthusiasm, and energy, helps to keep me young at heart
and keeps my own imagination working.
